Perhaps some magic from the almighty Admin Mod can fix the sizing?
These are relevant, because it does prove once again that it was KNOWN once what a Natural Born Citizen is, and today far too many have conveniently forgotten it.
Obama should be in prison for usurping the office of President.

Las Vegas Ron has located the 1771 Edition of the Encyclopedia Brit.
Native, a person considered as born in a certain place which was the proper residence of his parents...

Native, a person considered as born in a certain place which was the proper residence of his parents... So by that definition, The Won is not even a native. Kenya was the proper residence of his father.
But we already knew that usage at that time hade "native" and "natural born" meaning pretty much the same thing, and it did not mean merely born in the country.

LOL. Only a birther would think that a state department inquiry confirming that Obama was born in Hawaii would somehow be an argument that he wasn't. It was never confirmed. The memo stating he was born in Hawaii, which was a documentation of representation, by either Stanley Ann or Lolo, was dated earlier than the one saying that they still needed documentation of his citizenship status.

Not if her marriage to his dad was invalid, which is pretty likely given that he already had a wife back in Kenya when he married Stanely Ann. Under the laws at the time, a single mother of any age would convey citizenship. On the other hand, it's possible that Obama Sr.'s first marriage was a tribal ceremony not recognized by the state, in which case you would be right that she, as a married woman, would be too young to convey automatic citizenship. Both of those statements only apply to birth outside the US. But the citizenship thus conveyed in either case is not Natural Born, it's via statute, and because Congress only has power to make naturalization laws, it's "naturalized at birth" citizenship.
The 14th amendment doesn't say all persons born in the US and subject to it's jurisdiction are "natural born" citiznes, just that they are citizens.

The story that 0thugga is “enjoying” the eligibility thing is a last ditch and transparent effort by his supporters and hirelings to deflect sincere interest and research.
Of course it won’t work. Too many people are honing in on the criminal. Mrs Beard 0thugga is squeezing as much enjoyment and money from her temp position as possible.

Ping to post #85.
A definition of “native” located in the 1771 edition Ency Brit. As you know native ties into naturels, natural and indigene.

Gads...this guy needs to be on the ‘worn out their welcome’ list and voted out ASAP!

Excellent!

Did you ping the idiot who always insists that “native” and “indigene” mean something other than what they mean?
I want to see him say “Gosh, I was wrong - you are right after all!”
