Under the new Kenyan constitution, Barack Obama is a citizen of Kenya by birth who is eligible to be elected president of Kenya, whether he was born in Kenya or not.
The East African nation's new constitution was officially published as a proposal May 6 and was ratified as published Aug. 4 in a national referendum with 67 percent approval.
The Times of London last year reported at the time of his inauguration as U.S. president, Obama was wildly popular in Kenya, with one man quoted as saying, "This man is Jesus. When will he come to Kenya to save us?"
WND reported the Obama administration spent $23 million of U.S. taxpayer money to support the "Yes" vote ratifying the new Kenyan constitution, which coincided with Obama's Aug. 4 birthday.
Obama has maintained a strong personal commitment to Africa, often identifying himself with continent as his father's homeland.

Could be something to it...didn't we give - or, are working on giving - a ton of cash to Kenya? oblammo might have just bought himself a presidency over there.
As things heat up for him hear, he has another palace to move into, and another population to screw.
Good riddance...

I was looking at the Kenyan constitution today and found it to be a great constitution for a runaway government. I did find a bit of sardonic humor in this little item.
(1) No person shall be deprived of his personal liberty saveas may be authorized by law in any of the following cases ....
(i) for the purpose of preventing the unlawful entry of thatperson into Kenya,

Oh yeah. I can visualize Kenyan President Obama, clad in a loin cloth, running through the jungle dribbling a basketball.

Barry will be able to have a career after we boot his Marxist Rear out of office in 2012.... Hopefully he will take Bite-Me Biden with him... Hope Michelle my Belle likes living in a hut...

If he did go there, and after realizing his incompetence, they would not be as kind as we have.

I went through almost 50 pages before I even got to the rights of the individual. I didn’t see it anywhere in the first 55 pages so if someone wants to pick up there, be my guest.
All I know is that its a constitution the left would love.

We have one of the shortest Constitutions ever used to organize the government of the people. Is it any wonder that it is also the longest lasting?

Glad to hear the obamas have a country to go to after we give them the boot -— bet michelle et al will enjoy sharia law and new dress attire.

Kenya’s is 117 pages and it took 50 pages to get around to the rights of the individual. At a glance it looks good for the individual until you start looking at all the exceptions.
Freedom from imprisonment....unless you’re suspected of “subversive acts or speech”.
Freedom from unlawful search....unless you’re suspected of doing something offensive to the moral sensibilities of the public.
Lots of stuff like that.

Is this his blueprint for the US before 2012?
I hear Hillary is being rumored to be the VP.
I bet they are setting Hillary up in case Obama cant run in 2012.
They are going to try and transform her into the Virgin Mary.

Just skimming over it as a layman, it looks to me like the primary power lies with the very powerful president. In fact I don’t believe the president is term limited in any way.

I predict a civil war in Kenya within 15 years and it will be a direct result of this constitution.
