omg Try to find a job like that in Pittsburgh! Next year LA will be going to Obama with their hand out asking for a bailout! Why should the people working real jobs and getting paid fair wages pay for this excess! I would say in most cases you could cut the salaries 50%. Where would they get a job making even 50% less I have no idea. One job I know about would be a programmer II. Between 50 and 60K in Pittsburgh and 111k in LA!

I worked for a time at a local factory which closed down two years ago. I commented two or three years earlier that it wouldn’t last much longer and that most of the people who had been receiving the larger paychecks would not have a snowball’s chance of finding a job at even half what they were being paid. Most of them didn’t.
