Conaway is from one of the safest districts in the country. He could be a force for making the will of the people heard in Washington, yet you almost never hear a peep out of him. Why? Because he’s just like the rest of them in Congress. He’s got a “cushy” job and doesn’t want to rock the boat. He’s a nice guy, but damn near useless.
