Actually, he’s in Austin, the armpit of Texas, to beg for campaign funds because the rest of his marks are tapped out. Thanks to Texans being smart enough in the past decade or two to wipe out the Democrats in state-wide elections, we are not suffering the bankruptcy of the Blue States.
