Thank you! I live in the suburbs of Cleveland. They dog us about the weather and then overlook the weather in Minn. (#1 livable). The county government is getting cleaned up. Sure we are hurting in the sports category, but we have had our share of heartbreak in that category, but at least we still have major sports team and have fought to keep them here. I just dont see how Cleveland came in 2nd to a small town on the Mexican border.
To be fair, El Centro is not directly on the border and the people there — that is 20+ years ago — were very nice. But you talk about weather — yikes!
