California still faces a $19.1 billion deficit.

Where'd he get THAT number?? Last I saw, they were a half TRILLION dollars in debt!!

THe $19.1 Bil is for the 2010-11 budget year. The trillions are for the unfunded future debt for pensions, etc, etal.
