They would fine anyone caught doing such, so website owners and newspapers and tv and radio stations and any billboards used etc.
But fined in what way? I know I sound ignorant but how can this be enforced? There have been laws like this in the past but what if all sides just ignored this and just carried on?
I know a hell of a lot of Badgers who will take their arms to Madison and make them hold a hearing on this very promptly...There isn’t enough police anywhere to deal with the patriots there! Bless them!
