America is boiling because of MITT ROMNEY and his Obama.

here is another example:

Romney praises Obama again
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney praised President Obama
at a GOP fundraising dinner Wednesday ..
"I also think it's important for us to nod to the president when he's right," Romney said....
Romney, who spoke at a dinner for the National Republican Senatorial Committee,
said he's pleased with the president's plans to "finish the job" in Iraq and Afghanistan
-- lines that drew applause from the partisan audience. He also applauded the president
for standing up to the auto industry.
"I hope he continues to be tough ....The former businessman even offered faint praise for
Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner, saying that after a series of initial missteps,
"I think he's finally getting close to the right answer."

America is boiling because of MITT ROMNEY and his Obama.

here is another example when Romney micturated on the Mass Constitution:

Note Romney’s use of improper executive authority. [The Romney Way™]

"Experts: Credit Romney for homosexual marriage"
"What he (Governor Bishop Mitt Romney) did was exercise illegal legislative authority'

"While former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney claims he did everything possible to throttle homosexual marriage in his state – his campaign now saying he took "every conceivable step within the law to defend traditional marriage" – several constitutional experts say that just isn't so.

"What Romney did [was] he exercised illegal legislative authority," Herb Titus said of the governor's actions after the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court released its opinion in the Goodridge case in 2003. "He was bound by what? There was no order. There wasn't even any order to the Department of Public Health to do anything."

Titus, a Harvard law graduate, was founding dean of Pat Robertson's Regent University Law School. He also worked with former Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore, ...

Romney's aides have told WND that after four of the seven court members reinterpreted the definition of marriage, he believed he had no choice but to direct clerks and others to change state marriage forms and begin registering same-sex couples.

Some opponents contend that with those actions, Romney did no more or less than create the first homosexual marriages recognized in the nation. And Titus agrees."

"....But the court's decision conflicts with the constitutional philosophy of three co-equal branches of government: executive, legislative and judicial, Titus said. It also violates with the Massachusetts Constitution, which states: "The power of suspending the laws, or (suspending) the execution of the laws, ought never to be exercised but by the legislature..."

And it cannot even be derived from the opinion itself, asserts the pro-family activist group Mass Resistance, which says the decision did four things:

* First, it acknowledged that the current law does not permit same-sex marriage.

"The only reasonable explanation is that the Legislature did not intend that same-sex couples be licensed to marry. We conclude, as did the judge, that G.L. c. 207 may not be construed to permit same-sex couples to marry."

* Second, it said it is NOT striking down the marriage laws (among other things, the Massachusetts Constitution forbids a court to change laws)

"Here, no one argues that striking down the marriage laws is an appropriate form of relief."

* Third, it declared that not allowing same-sex marriages is a violation of the Massachusetts Constitution.

"We declare that barring an individual from the protections, benefits, and obligations of civil marriage solely because that person would marry a person of the same sex violates the Massachusetts Constitution."

* And fourth, given that the court is not changing any laws, the SJC gave the Legislature 180 days to "take such action as it may deem appropriate."

"We vacate the summary judgment for the department. We remand this case to the Superior Court for entry of judgment consistent with this opinion. Entry of judgment shall be stayed for 180 days to permit the Legislature to take such action as it may deem appropriate in light of this opinion."

After the Legislature did nothing during the 180 days, Romney then took action "on his own," the group said.

"Gov. Romney's legal counsel issued a directive to the Justices of the Peace that they must perform same-sex marriages when requested or 'face personal liability' or be fired," the group said."

here is another example when Romney created Death Panels:

"One of the traditional methods of imposing statism
or socialism on people has been by way of medicine..."

President Ronald Reagan

Death Panels imposed by Mitt Romney (ObamaCARE=RomneyCARE).

It’s okay, but watch it, we’re a cranky crowd.

Cranky? I prefer curmudgeonly.

It is posts like these and exchanges like yours that assure me that the USA is doomed.

The point is that neither of you really understand what has happened & continues to occur.

The problems this nation faces are not related to any current politician, whether it is Bammy, Palin, Romney, et al.

It goes way, way deeper than that and involves decades of corrosion & corruption.

The real, underlying problem is the people - it is the people themselves who have changed.

Now, how did this come about?

Whether planned, guided or just profiting, certain parties have been instrumental in making sure the USA was converted from a republic to a democracy.

Once a looter is given the right to vote, it's all over except for the crying.

Fight, scream, get out & vote in Nov - none of it is going to matter. We are heading down, and there is nothing we can do to fight history.

Hopefully, future generations will learn from these mistakes and enact stronger measures to protect the Constitution.

I have had that hugh sense myself. This is why this coming election on November 2, 2010 WILL be very important. If there is ANY FUNNY BUSINESS that goes on, which I am very concened about, the results could end up not too good.

In other words, we could very much see a new revolution in the making.

You have it right. The cities have been destroyed by leftthink. The culture of America is gone.

The struggle is between the boondocks and the black controlled cities.

The battle is lost.

Absent a war, there is no return

There is always funny business. Look at Franken, remember the hanging chads. Where I vote you can get the ballot in 20 different languages. You don't need to know English but you can sell your vote.

The battle may be lost, but the outcome of the war - whether cold (secession is not opposed) or hot - is a foregone conclusion.

This is the looters' hay day - the will never again reach this peak of luxury. M Bammy's recent trip to Spain will live in infamy.

After the reset, hopefully future generations will be much more careful about granting the right of franchise.

I would expect a bare minimum std would be whether you are a net tax payer or consumer.

“Unfettered illegal immigration is the stone that will kill our republic, and give the would be dictators the easily corrupted democracy they desire.”

Which is EXACTLY why the Left, and therefore our current government, so facilely support illegal immigration from third-world countries.

“And the vast majority of the elected officials are not listening to the people who elected them, and they simply don’t care.”

I suspect they’ll start listening and start caring when “Paris, 1793 Redux” comes to America.

The states need to reassert dominance over the feds. The Governors and States Attorneys General will need to lead this fight.
. . . which can only succeed with the support of SCOTUS - and Justice Kennedy. And on social issues that can be a slender reed.
And Congress needs to reign in the Judicial branch.
I have come to the conclusion that the judiciary can only be reined in by the states - and that, only by a constitutional amendement bypassing Congress and employing the convention method provided in Article V (which is easier - getting 2/3 of both houses of Congress to act against the Democratic Party platform, or getting 2/3 of the state governments to act in their own interest?).
It seems to me that repealing the 17th Amendment won't happen - and failing that, the states' best channel for getting representation in Washington would be to take control of SCOTUS by directly changing the number and composition thereof. Via a "rifle shot" such as reducing the size of SCOTUS, throwing a couple of justices off of SCOTUS by name via constitutional amendment. It wouldn't be elegant, but would be brutally effective.

Even starting the process could have a salutary effect on SCOTUS, at a minimum drawing Justice Kennedy back to the founding principles of the Constitution.

Since when does a single judge from a liberal area get to make sweeping cultural changes?

For a very long time. Certainly since FDRs day. The Warren court showed the way and the inculcation of marxists (liberals) on the bench provided the power to initiate judicial tyranny in our nation. Once started human nature takes over. People who seek positions craved power and love to use it. And our citizens were bewildered because they didn't understand the game they were in. The marxist judges are using the peoples allegiance to the constitution to destroy their nation.

The states need to reassert dominance over the feds. The Governors and States Attorneys General will need to lead this fight.

The only way the states will reassert dominance over the federal government is through the uprising of the citizens. Rarely do the powerful give up power voluntarily and I predict the federal oligarchy will not. Our nation is on the cusp of a Venezuela styled regime. The AGs will accomplish little. The "justice system" is completely crooked and corrupt. Any thinking person knows where all this is likely to end. It is as plain as the nose on your face.
