Check out Rasmussen’s latest poll from August 6:
Castle - 49%
Coons - 37%
O’Donnell - 36%
Coons - 46%
A poll of Delaware that shows “Forty-seven percent (47%) rate their personal finances as good or excellent, well above the national average.” seems to be quite a bit skewed toward a particular grouping.
Consider that Coons has not been under the gun at all, and even in his own County, he has a lot of opposition. After the Sept. 14th primary, you will see much more focus on this.
Fact remains, for a two term governor and 17 year congressman to have two consecutive polls below 50% is a devastating situation.
Strange that they didn’t poll on a head-to-head primary preference.
We shall see...
Clearly the voter are way uninformed in that sample:
Fifty-four percent (54%) of all voters in Delaware regard Castle as a conservative, while 61% feel this way about ODonnell.
Castle is NOT a conservative and ODonnell IS a conservative.
Amazing!
