The Senate on Thursday voted to hire 1,000 more U.S. Border Patrol agents as part of a $600 million border-security bill, acting swiftly in the hours before they left to face constituents during their five-week summer vacation.

Sen. Charles E. Schumer, New York Democrat, who is spearheading his party's immigration-reform efforts, said the money shows Congress is committed to border security as a down payment on eventually legalizing illegal immigrants.

I’m of the mind that teachers ought to get 100 percent of their salary via their own state or county, period. The minute you involve the national government...you simply are increasing taxation onto the public in a sort of hidden fashion. The states are simply cowards for refusing to deal with their issues.

Almost all teachers vote Democratic/Liberal. Due to exposure to Dewey’s theories they’ve been indoctrinated with.

Oh, gee, an extra Border Patrol Agent per 2 miles of border. Probably less because a good portion of them will be assigned to paper pushing just like the National Guard. That’ll help. Uh huh.

But $600,000,000 probably bought a few more NEA votes. Sure, the marxists own that vote already, but a few more might get off their rears and actually vote.

Sickening.

If we took all teachers in the US and devided that number into $26.1 Billion, we’d see too much money per teacher to say it was only for their pay. This is money for the underfunded teacher pensions in many states. Of course, only some “friendly” states will get most of it.

And here I thought the Marxist told us that the first stinkulus was going to cover the teachers’ pay and save their jobs.

What the hell happened to that almost $1TRILLION DOLLARS?

.

Help Texas watch her borders.
Watch live on 14 cameras and report illegal alien invaders.
Night cams in operation

http://www.blueservo.net/index.php?error=nlg

Does it work? Yes.
Recently caught on cam and reported:
String of illegals running through brush with backpacks
Numerous sightings of boats crossing the river
Numerous vehicles late at night in isolated areas
IMMENSELY satisfying.
