ANOTHER REASON TO HOMESCHOOL

At one time NY state's education system was ranked one of the best in the nation. I hope that's still not true in light of this article.

A great story on the consequences of Every Child Left Behind.

If you think about it, though, the system may be working as planned. If the ultimate objective is to emphasize and widen class distinctions, what better way to achieve that than to ensure that the masses of children don’t receive a useful education?

The educational “haves” will go to the better private schools or will be home educated. And the proles will go to the government schools.
