In the source article, the caption for the picture of the judge that ruled in this case read that he is in fact a homosexual himself.
He should have recused himself from this case! He had an obvious and direct conflict of interest!
It would seem the timing of these decisions is to motivate
libs to come out and vote. Let’s hope it backfires on them.

In an aside, and this is strictly IMO, but my observation is that in the Gay (puke) community, the number of sexual PREDATORS is way and far over the “norm” for people of the heterosexual persuasion.
For any black robed (witch/warlock) to strike down or otherwise overrule the WILL of the people is cause for a first class bonfire. BURN THEM! THEY ARE A (WITCH)!

There is soo little left of our constitution that i fear hope for a relive from this assault may be too much to ask for.
That being said the imperial federal court already declared marriage to be a right when they struck down laws against inter-racial marriage.
The liberals have based this assault upon our rights upon the precedence their imperial court predecessors established in history.
George W. Bush was right it is likely we will need a Constitutional amendment to the Federal constitution just to keep the Federal government from using the 14th amendment to shove this evil down out throats like the many other evils they have used the same amendment to shove down our throats. (Including Roe V. Wade, illegal immigration, assaults on religion, ect..)
All of this is because of the vast unenumerated powers they have interpreted to have come from the 14th amendment.
Gay Judges shouldn’t hear these types of cases, it is prejudice.
Kagan’s vote won’t matter much in the long run because she’s a leftist loon replacing a leftist loon. It’s Kennedy that people need to keep a sharp eye on.
