it means that PUBLICLY / and-or/in front of other people when ‘chelle is present Jill Biden doesn’t exhibit seriousness of face and gravity of body language and act like this clown is the end all and the be all , in fact most likely Jill Biden treats her as an EQUAL and that’s what burns ‘chelle’s toast-because she’s MORE than deserving of being treated as an equal.
