Now this is something very believable ad what I've been saying to the birthers all along. This coupled with his Kenyan father a British Subject is what disqualifies him.

I recall a while back someone posted a pdf file of the divorce papers of Soetoro and Bambi's mommy and they had language in them that claimed Bambi was indeed adopted by Soetoro.

But like all things Obama they seemed to have vanished.

As long as his mother's marriage to Obama Sr. was unlawful (because he already had several wives), she could give birth to him anywhere in the world and he'd be a citizen ~ provided she'd attained 19 years of age.

If the marriage was lawful, and Obama was born anywhere but in the US, then the problem is that he would be counted as whatever his father was, and not his mother.

To a degree none of this makes sense, but it was the law in effect at the time. The aim was to make sure that Irish and Italian girls "going back home" to bear illegitimate babies DID NOT BRING THOSE BABIES BACK WITH THEM. There were two reasons for this ~ to feed the supply line for Religious in Ireland and Italy, and to keep down the numbers of Catholics in the USA.

Think of it ~ anti-Papists and Papists walking down the garden path of abusive immigration policy TOGETHER, hand in hand.

I think most of this (the use/misuse of orphans) has become public in recent years so no big thing eh!
