It can not only be argued, it is a legal fact. The US simply doesn’t recognize citizenship selection by minors. They all have to wait until they are 18.

It could be argued that when kids are adopted by a foreign father and go to live in foreign father’s country, they can have their citizenship changed. Happens all the time in the US.

Who knows whether 0thugga’s momma kept her US citizenship or not; maybe these docs say, maybe they don’t. Some parts are missing and since the entire family are/were liars and cheats, who knows anyway.

True, but if he renewed the Indonesian passport after age 18 in order to attend Occidental on a foreign student scholarship, he would have had to confirm Indonesian citizenship as an adult.

Please remember that Obama has refused to release any college records.

actually,that is not true.minors are under their legal guardian’s control,until age 18
