Thats problaby wehat they will say...

Just what I said...

If the documents have her saqying that her son is no longer an American citizen and therefore he needs to be taken off etc...

However Barry was under age and her dependant...

I think he could still be on her passport as her child...

I dont know what the law said back then...

There is the sticky bit that he would be an Indonesian citizen on an American passport...

But if it was his Moms ???

See the dilemma ???

It may have been as innocent as she found out he could have his own...

and then there was the bit where she sent him back to Hawaii...

wasnt he alone ???

He would need a seperate passport to do that...

Was his passport American or Indonesian where he had his own ???

OOOOO So many questions and possibilitiues

So little time left till 2012...

In 1974 we applied for a passport for our son...

We were both in the military and he was going overseas with us as his fathers dependant...

We didnt need passports...but our 10 month old son did...

Yes he got an American passport...

:)

Is he the first President to have a true alias, (other than a nickname)?

Don't forget Leslie Lynch King, Jr. who was appointed president following his work on the Warren Commission.

And then there is William Jefferson Blythe, III.

As long as his mother's marriage to Obama Sr. was unlawful (because he already had several wives), she could give birth to him anywhere in the world and he'd be a citizen ~ provided she'd attained 19 years of age.

I think she was 18.

“It can be argued that a minor cannot foresake their citizenship.”

It is a fact. Multiple court rulings say you have to make a knowing renunciation of your citizenship, which a minor by definition cannot do, nor can a parent do it for you.

From the state department, showing how hard it is to lose citizenship:

“The Department has a uniform administrative standard of evidence based on the premise that U.S. citizens intend to retain United States citizenship when they obtain naturalization in a foreign state, subscribe to a declaration of allegiance to a foreign state, serve in the armed forces of a foreign state not engaged in hostilities with the United States, or accept non-policy level employment with a foreign government.”

http://travel.state.gov/law/citizenship/citizenship_778.html

Also see Perkins v Elg: “3. A citizen by birth retains his United States citizenship unless deprived of it through the operation of a treaty or congressional enactment or by his voluntary action in conformity with applicable legal principles. P. 307 U. S. 329.”

Obama’s birth citizenship is British, not American.

US courts also require that minors renounce their foreign citizenship if they wish to become US citizens.

True, but if he renewed the Indonesian passport after age 18 in order to attend Occidental on a foreign student scholarship, he would have had to confirm Indonesian citizenship as an adult.

Please remember that Obama has refused to release any college records.

“Obama’s birth citizenship is British, not American.”

Not if he was born in the USA. Hawaii qualifies.

“Soebarkah, Sounds like a disease.”

I nominate this as post of the month.

Our Indonesian president can go “F” himself if he doesnt like it.

Aside from the fact that no evidence of Hawaiian birth can be found, his primary citizenship is that of his father. This has been established by treaty for a long time. It is true in every nation.

Totally false. You might try reading the Constitution.

Can a court deny his right to give up citizenship? He was living in Indonesia and he needed to.

We need a FOI request for Soebarkah Soetoro, aka Barak Obamma, communist leader.

In light of the administrative premise discussed above, a person who:

1. is naturalized in a foreign country;
2. takes a routine oath of allegiance to a foreign state;
3. serves in the armed forces of a foreign state not engaged in hostilities with the United States, or
4. accepts non-policy level employment with a foreign government,

and in so doing wishes to retain U.S. citizenship need not submit prior to the commission of a potentially expatriating act a statement or evidence of his or her intent to retain U.S. citizenship since such an intent will be presumed.

When, as the result of an individual’s inquiry or an individual’s application for registration or a passport it comes to the attention of a U.S. consular officer that a U.S. citizen has performed an act made potentially expatriating by Sections 349(a)(1), 349(a)(2), 349(a)(3) or 349(a)(4) as described above, the consular officer will simply ask the applicant if there was intent to relinquish U.S. citizenship when performing the act. If the answer is no, the consular officer will certify that it was not the person’s intent to relinquish U.S. citizenship and, consequently, find that the person has retained U.S. citizenship.

PERSONS WHO WISH TO RELINQUISH U.S. CITIZENSHIP

If the answer to the question regarding intent to relinquish citizenship is yes , the person concerned will be asked to complete a questionnaire to ascertain his or her intent toward U.S. citizenship. When the questionnaire is completed and the voluntary relinquishment statement is signed by the expatriate, the consular officer will proceed to prepare a certificate of loss of nationality. The certificate will be forwarded to the Department of State for consideration and, if appropriate, approval.

An individual who has performed any of the acts made potentially expatriating by statute who wishes to lose U.S. citizenship may do so by affirming in writing to a U.S. consular officer that the act was performed with an intent to relinquish U.S. citizenship. Of course, a person always has the option of seeking to formally renounce U.S. citizenship abroad in accordance with Section 349 (a) (5) INA.

There are probably at least three or four ways he ain’t a natural born citizen.

And probably not even a “regular” citizen. Of any kind at all.

Obama has Barry Soetoro, Barry Dunham, Barack Obama, Barry Obama, and I’ve heard he used several names associated with Dunham. There’s a petition out by Major General paul Vallely asking for his resignation, and it’s addressed to Barry Soetoro, aka President Barack Obama. I believe that Paul also thinks he’s still Barry Soetoro legally. The website for the petition is www.someonediedForMeToday.com

BHO dba POTUS could have been born at the base of Mt Rushmore in a red, white and blue manger on the 4th of July!!!

Inconvenient truth for the Obamatons - The father of BHO was born a Kenyan and died a Kenyan.
