The RIGHT to marry is where in the Constitution.

Is this true for NAMBLA, animals, multiple marriages?

None I know of however the problem stems from the State and Federal Governments giving perks (tax deductions, death benefits from Social security etc.) to those who engage in marriage. Because of such then the equal protection clause comes into play.

This should be a lesson to all of us about the law of unintended consequences.
