Where in The Constitution is marriage mentioned?
Where is abortion mentioned? It doesn’t matter - the courts now makes the rules.
I’m with you ... I see nothing in the constitution about marriage ...

I can’t find it. I have read my pocket Constitution cover to cover and have not found anything on marriage.
It doesn't matter what the Constitution actually says. This judge is a known homosexual and probably had his mind made up before he even heard the case. A gay judge deciding an issue in his own favor...*gee* no conflict of interest there.
If the judge’s order is ruled correct, than yes, every state must allow gay marriage under the equal protection clause.
It won’t matter what the constitution says.
