Mother Teresa's birthday has been listed both as August 26, and August 27 (my husband's b-day), and the reason for such, I read (don't know if it's true), is that while Mother Teresa was born on the 26th, she wasn't baptized until the 27th, so she considered that to be her actual birthday.
