Nice seeing you today!

One thing about Austin, we have ‘em surrounded. They can experiment on themselves with whatever whacked ideas the eurotwits talk them in to, but it all stops at the city limits.

Hello to you, too.

I do my absolute best not to spend one dime in Austin. We have most everything we need out in Lakeway and Oakhill now, so I seldom have need to go any further.

It's such a shame--Austin is a lovely city, and the Capitol building is superb. As a child living over in Smithville, I loved it when my aunt would bring me over to Austin to do some shopping.

Have you ever been to Flatonia? I spent a couple of days there recently at a lovely old hotel called the Olle. I recommend it.......like stepping back in time.
