Wonder if the leak is coming from the positive pressure from above or from the well kicking back on them?
From what I gather, the top kill was to be injected down into the bottom of the BOP area from either the choke or kill lines. If we see mud coming out near the top of the old BOP leaking seal, there is upward pressure, but it could be from the well kicking or the mud injecting. One video posted on another thread however, clearly shows a mix of gas and oil leaking from this new BOP seal leak. You can see it with back lighting. Here it is from last night.
