He definitely holds grudges. No red state with a crisis gets any aid. Gulf Coast, Kentucky with the ice storms, Oklahoma with tornadoes, etc. He’s an inexperienced, petulant, hate filled person who is out of control.
Also Tennessee with the flooding in May 2010 (TN was one of his worst states, although he carried Nashville).
