We know all Senators understood his Constitutional ineligibility, regardless of their words, because they all signed Senate Res. 511 agreeing that a natural born citizen has two citizen parents. Nothing Obama signs has the authority of the president.
That is excellent information. Now if we can only find an agency or individual(s) that will so notify our spender-in-oblivion and remove him, even if it’s from a golf course, we can get back to being a thriving Republic.
