Connecticut rots in the Permit to Carry rights. They make you run through hoops of fire, training classes, fees, waiting, annoyance.
Really ??? I got my CT license in about 3 weeks, and I live in NY. Didn’t have to go through the locals, but is it really that different for residents ?
