The Dems need their votes plain and simple.
Right now they know they have lost many of the public even if they do have the biased media so they have to get these legal.
Which I might add is a slap in the face to legal immigrants who came here and did things the right way.

So if the Democrats are going to play games and avoid Legislation? would that tactic stand up to a Supreme Court challenge?

who’s going to stop them if they do?
Seriously - who?
Our courts will bend over.
Our Congress will roll over.
In absense of opposition, why not do anything you want?

I just heard on Hannity that Dan Blather has predicted that the GOP will take back the House, in November. Amnesty is one major reason for this.

Probably not, but who will bring it before them? After years of working its way up through the court system, if will be too late.

This is a sign that the Left/Soros/whomever seated Obama now believes that the Executive Branch is finally powerful enough to consolidate their gains, and that they can ignore the other two branches of the FedGov and the states. The Execuzilla can just make "law". Obama is effectively Emperor at this point; our bicameral Legislature is just as useless as the Roman Senate after Caesar took over. Perhaps this is why he is not worried about November.
I have seen this movie before in history. There will be blood.

The answer, I think, involves bloodshed... one way or the other.

During Reconstruction in 1867, the congress effectively took away control of the military from the president.
Anything is possible in these times, including the Honduras option.
Nothing is off the table.

Ohaha's moving ahead for 2010-12. Luckily, he and Biden extorted a $20 billion campaign contribution from BP to get this going:
MESSAGES TO MEXICO FROM OHAHA
(1) Ohaha appoints Sen Dodd to chair delegation to Mexico-US Interparliamentary Group;
(2) Ohaha declares all illegals are undocumented Democrats;
(3) Ohaha orders the start of massive flow of Mexicans into the US for the Nov elections;
(4) Incompetano orders ICE to the border to handout Democrat party voter registration forms;
(5) ICE distributing apps for Social Security benefits, SSI apps for the wife, kids and senior relatives, welfare forms, food stamps, EITC apps, lists of free healthcare providers, drivers licenses and passports, sub-prime mortgage apps, bank accounts for every identity, and gun and machete permits;
(6) Ohaha provides lists of Democrat campaign committees taking donations from Third World drug lords.
