The 18-year-old victim was beaten and robbed...

Out here in San Francisco bay area, there is a lot of black on asian crime. Just recently an asian guy was in the area to interview for a job at Google and was killed for $17.

How does a 15 yr old “immigrant” become a US citizen? by naturalization? did he attend classes and raise his right hand before a magistrate??
