You are basing your argument on a lack of data. You are saying “Because I have not seen the COLB, I conclude he is not eligible”. That’s hardly a basis for refusing orders.

I heard of a guy who refused a deployment because he thought Bush went AWOL and was therefore ineligible to be president. Same argument.

No Iam basing my argument on the fact that obama stated on his “fight the smears” website that he was born with dual citizenship. This automatically disqualifies him from being President. Natural born citizens must be born of parents who were U.S. citizens( minor vs happensett,U.S. Supreme court).. It does not matter that obama has already stated that his father was a foreign national , it has to be proven in court. To prove IT in court requires a CERTIFIED COPY OF HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Why do you think obama is fighting so hard to make sure no one gets a court legal copy, it would remove him from office under Article 2 of the Constitution.

Not at all. If Bush had been AWOL, which he was not, and would not have been even if had not "made" the minimum number of required drills, and had been convicted thereof, he'd still have been eligible to the office of President.

However if BHO is not a natural born citizen, then he is not eligible and therefore is not and cannot ever have been President/CinC.
