Washington, D.C., August 2, 2010. The Army has now referred charges against LTC Terrence Lakin for a General Court Martial. This action triggered the appointment of a Military Judge to preside over the trial, which will likely be scheduled before October, and held in Washington, D.C. at Ft. McNair.
On August 6, 2010 at Ft. McNair in Washington, D.C., the court will convene for the purpose of Judge Lind taking Lakin’s plea to the charges which consist of “missing movement” and of refusing to obey orders. Today Lakin stated: “I am not guilty of these charges, and will plead ‘not guilty’ to them because of my conviction that our Commander-in-Chief may be ineligible under the United States Constitution to serve in that highest of all offices. The truth matters. The Constitution matters. If President Obama is a natural born citizen then the American people deserve to see proof, and if he is not, then I believe the orders in this case were illegal.” If convicted, Lakin faces up to four years at hard labor in a federal penitentiary.

What is interesting to me is that the same ole tired Obama defenders come to every thread concerning the BC. You guys seem to have alot invested in arguing with anyone who questions Obama’s nativity story. Why do you bother, if you think it is so stupid? For instance, I happen to think the 911 truthers are ‘way out there’, but I haven’t made it my life mission to run around the internet rebutting their claims or questions on forums.
It’s the fact that so many of you seem so concerned with ‘protecting’ Obama and his nativity story that makes you appear to be Obots. Any objective person can look at the many things surrounding this whole issue and tell something doesn’t add up here, but you guys never question the stuff. You just spit out the talking points of the Obots over and over again. We’re not buying it ‘hook, line, and sinker’..so why don’t you just play in another sandbox?

It appears to me that his disciplined bearing in this matter would favor the later possibility, however I am very open to any example you might offer to support the former and exclude the later.

Bottom line...Obama is hiding something and it’s obviously something big. It is also obvious that his BC is most likely one of the things that have been redacted from this FOIA document dump concerning his mother’s passports. The authorities were asking for proof of her son’s citizenship and status. I have my doubts about this letter you and the Obots have zeroed in on. It seems out of place and has no supporting evidence of fact.

This thread has been taken totally off subject of the Court Martial of Lakin. What the status of Obama’s NBC most likely will never enter into the proceedings. Lakin will be judged on the merits of the two charges. JMO and others will differ. But we won’t have very long to see what happens.

That would be because it is the law. From the FBI’s website on FOIA requests:
“If your request is for information about another living person, that information is usually not disclosed unless you have obtained the person’s written consent or unless public disclosure is authorized by law. Requests for information about another living person should be accompanied by evidence of the subject's consent. Please use U.S. Department of Justice Certification of Identity Form DOJ-361 and complete the section identified as: Authorization to Release Information to Another Person. You may submit an attachment listing additional information that may aid in locating responsive records. Please place your name and contact information on the attachment.”
FOIA works on the Mom only because she is dead. So even if Obama’s birth certificate was in her record, which it may very well not have been, it couldn't be released without his consent, which you, the requestor, have to obtain.

The reason that Barack Obama’s birth certificate is not included is because birth certificates are not federal documents, they are state documents and Mr. Strunk’s was a federal, US Department of State Freedom of Information Act Request. Also birth certificates are covered under privacy provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
I spend time defending the Obama nativity story all over the internet because I am fascinated by the issue, so fascinated that its the topic of a Master’s Degree thesis that I am writing and even more importantly I hate to see nice people such as yourself making complete and total fools of themselves and being used as unwitting dupes by Barack Hussein Obama II.
Its not good to suffer from Obama Derangement Syndrome when there is a treatment and a cure.

I think Lakin will have a tougher time maneuvering this into venue of appeal he wants than most of his supporters suspect. I kind of agree with others that he's pretty much toast.
I don't know who would represent him, but I think he needs better than what he's got.

Do you plan on developing a ‘thesis’ on why Obama is hiding so much information about his past and why there are so many inconsistencies and out right lies in his narrative?
