That’s interesting, I had not heard Ras had changed his methodology. I’m not sure you can say that completely invalidates all his past results, though. Depends on how drastically he changed it. A few minor tweaks would lead you to a different conclusion than a major overhaul. I’ll see if he says anything about this in the details on his site.
I did not mean to invalidate but more along the lines of question. He also took some serious heat from the Whitehouse and I think he operates under threat... I could be wrong but obama is capable of doing just that... in fact we know he regularly threatens dims. His sine wave polling bother me also... repeatable cycles within a 10 point range. Never in the History of political polling has anyone ever asked if someone "somewhat approves". What is with that? No one ever asked if anyone "somewhat approved" of Bush. I just do not trust scott and his father Carl was the best that there ever was.
