No, technically the green card holders aren’t supposed to vote, but who gives a shucky darn about such a picky little technicality?
They would not be handing out ‘green cards.’ They would be handing out voter-ID cards.
That is when they will suddenly refer to and cite the founding fathers. They will say that way back then only landowners could vote because only they were paying taxes and that therefore anyone who pays taxes should be allowed to vote.
The green card will be the only document the illegal alien needs to show to prove that he/she pays taxes and therefore has the right to vote.
