Black rule seems to result in similar outcomes everywhere its been tried. Corrupt, incompetent tyrannies.
They could never get past the way their land operates and has since beginning of time. Tribes, feudal chiefs by day and fuedal chiefs by night. Tribalism. Sure they have a fascination with democracy but their traditions overrule common sense.
