Congress accuses Rangel of "ethical misconduct."

Like a bunch of crack whores arguing over rights to a street corner.

I think we now need to get behind ole Charlie, I hope he fights this tooth and nail. Those stupid Republicans have it in for the Black man trying to keep him down. He needs to show the World that he is no Unka Tom. He needs to fight this all the way to the Supreme court, and who cares who gets burned by it. So what if it shows that Nancy “Bug eyes” Pelosi, and Bawney “Banking Queen” Fwank” get burned a little. Heck fogret naming a civic center after him, they need to change the name of Harlem to Rangelville.

I truly believe that nothing will happen to him.
He will get a small slap on the wrist and allowed to continue his path of corruption.

Rangel is really a disappointment to me. He's just another garden variety chisler, guilty of the kind of mundane crimes I'd expect from a Republican from Idaho. From Harlem's Congressman for Life, I want a little more sizzzzzle with my sleaze, like his predecessor Adam Clayton "Bahama Mama" Powell. Even a lowly Republican governor from Gawdforsaken South Carolina can manage to disappear to Buenos Aires with a Latin Firecracker these days.

It’s called Tar and Feather.

But there are people who are so scared in doing this.

He needs to be run out of the country.

But again there are cowards in Congress who have no honor, no dignity, no freakin balls to do this.

Talk, just talk. He’ll be re-elected and afflicting the Republic as long as he will run. We’re stuck with him.

I fully expect him to be acquitted of any and all wrongdoing.

It’s a sad day when an 80 year old man has to endure this process. Rangel should have been busted years ago.

The Congressional Black Caucus has been keeping a low profile on this case of Old Charlie’s.

One has to wonder why. Have they thrown him to the wolves?

BTW, let me add some real thoughts here.

This is in regards to Rangel’s failure to declare income from overseas rental properties.

Charlie Rangel might be a high profile tax evader because he did not declare rental income from property in the Dominican Republic (after all, he happens to be the chairman of the Ways and Means Committee ).

But let’s face it ( and get real ). There are MILLIONS (that’s right, millions ) of Americans and Permanent Residents in this country who own bank accounts and property they rent out from the countries they come from before they immigrated to the USA. These incomes are still there in the bank accounts of the country they came from.

I am willing to bet all of them DON’T DECLARE these foreign income or bank accounts in their IRS tax forms.

Which means we have MILLIONS of AMERICANS AND PERMANENT RESIDENTS who need to be prosecuted by the IRS just as Charles Rangel is being prosecuted.
