I think the U.S. Constitution establishes who and how immigration can be permitted, and that the laws are in place. If obama decides to take action that is contrary to those laws, then he is performing acts more contradictory than the State of Arizona, and such actions would be held illegal. Until the proper process is followed for changing such rules, a process dictated by the Constitution, then anything obama does in that regard should be unenforceable. And by taking such action, there is a prima facie case for kicking him out for failure to live up to his oath to protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies.
But will enough have the gonads to do anything about it? I really doubt it.
If American men allowed the commies to steal their family’s earnings and private healthcare...don’t expect any gonads to show up in this fight over illegals.
