The Peter Schiff for Senate campaign released a new ad, titled “Kick”, which reveals the strong liberal ties of Linda McMahon, Schiff’s Republican primary opponent in the Connecticut US Senate race.

McMahon, a former wrestling promoter, has defended the Wall Street bailout, which a majority of Americans oppose, and made donations to Democrats including Rahm Emanuel, former Congressman and now chief of staff to President Obama.

Ummm...So what you're saying is that you want career politician in Congress who knows how to make deals and sell us out for their own personal gain? That's what "operating in Congress" entails. We've had decades of that in the US already and its destroying us.

By the way...the term "extreme left-winger" is an egregious spin. Since when did full-hearted support for capitalism, the free market, and reducing government regulations become become an extreme-left wing trait? The people who we usually characterize as "Left wingers" are supporters of absolute government power and control....If you haven't noticed, its the Communists, fascists, Democrats, the socialists, and even most of the Republicans these days who are for big government.

IF you want politicians to destroy your country, take your liberties, spy on you without warrants, authorize the assassination of US citizens without trials away from the battlefield, rob you, and give trillions of dollars to banks in an unconstitutional act of outright Fascist/socialist theft, then you'll eventually have to own up to the fact that you're political leanings are moving the US towards totalitarianism which is where we are headed if we don't get our act together quickly.

This is not what America stands for. America stands for freedom, responsibility, and limited government. There aren't exactly a lot of choices in the running in Connecticut, and Schiff's opponent in the primary is a bailout supporter who would destroy this country financially if elected. Its not Osama bin Ladin who is going to destroy this country, its the insane spending and expansion of government power it enables. I don't agree with Schiff on everything, but compared to the other candidates, he is the best candidate overall for Connecticut's Senate seat.

Keep on spinning without explaining why Schiff says those things. Your post looks kind of like an old Pravda propaganda piece with lots of accusations but only half of the story. Schiff supports investing in foreign assests because he believes with good reason that the dollar is on the verge of collapse owing to the Bush and Obama spending sprees and policies. Schiff said he wants to invest in America, but he can't until the US policies make the dollar a safer investment. You also don't mention that it's the GOVERNMENT's policies that are putting Americans out of work, not Schiff. Schiff can't invest in the US because the government is making it less profitable. If the government would stop driving investors and companies out of the US with its insane regulations, Schiff would be able to invest more profitably. Schiff wants to go to the Senate to make that possible.

You also try to make Schiff seem bad for his stances on moral issues, and I would agree with you here, however you fail to note that even though Schiff supports a lot of social issues that most of us are opposed to, he don't mention that Schiff also believes that the Federal Government has no power to regulate those things and ought to stay out of regulating those things. Schiff believes that under the 10th amendment only the states can manage those issues.

Schiff is unconventional. He doesn't understand why we are in Afghanistan. He's pro-choice and for gay marriage and medical marijuana. He thinks bail out after bail out and endless borrowing to preserve the status quo is a disaster.

He speaks to his devoted followers in regular YouTube announcements. One recent video blog message came from a beach in Hawaii. On Thursday night, he drove off in his chauffeur-driven BMW. At least he's not faking it in a hybrid.
