The court has already ruled that CO2 is a pollutant, and the EPA has been granted the authority to regulate pollution. A court challenge is being made, but I believe SCOTUS decided on the CO2 issue already so not sure what the new challenges are about.

They rule that it was a pollutant. They told EPA to tell them why it should or should be considered a pollutant.

When Obama was elected the new EPA came out with an “Endangerment Finding” showing that CO2 was a pollutant because it was dangerous to the climate.

They used the 2007 UN IPCC report to justify it. The challenge was to this Endangerment Finding. Why? See Climategate. Half the papers in this report were not even peer reviewed. The technical basis for the endangerment finding is pure bovine excrement.

Well...the EPA is required by law to follow the “Data Quality Act” when making new regulations. Last time I checked I wasn’t able to publicly comment on UN report.

The EPA couldn’t get the raw temperature record or raw CO2 record even if they wanted it.

EPA is full of freak’n Nazis.

Whoops. First line should read:

They didn’t rule that it was a pollutant.
