According to the report, Rangel will admit ethical wrongdoing as part of the deal. Theres no word on whether he will step down from Congress or not seek re-election. Multiple challengers are running against Rangel in the Democratic primary, which isnt until September 14.

Hell, we have an impeached former federal judge who ousted for bribery and malfeasance serving in congress when he should be serving in jail. Rangell has done nothing that bad. Who can name the disgraced former judge routinely reelected to congress?
