If you’re going to sue someone, it should be the guys who fired you. Sadly, she’ll probably win. I believe she was a political appointee. She therefore serves at the pleasure of the president. But I dont see the relevance. She was fired for a whole 24 hours.
What is the expression -- the law is not concerned with trifles?
