Hawaii says it doesn't issue “long forms” BC’s anymore, the only thing they say they issue these days is the computer printout “short form”.

Under the “full faith and credit” clause of the Constitution, other states are obligated to accept it as proof of birth within Hawaii, if Hawaii says it is proof of birth within Hawaii.

So there is no “long form” pot of gold waiting at the end of any rainbow.
