According to a lawyer on O’reilly factor with Laura Ingraham the cops can still check immagration status just can’t be forced to. It would overwhelm the feds the judge claims.

But if they do, the feds will sue them for profiling, when what AZ will actually be doing is interfereing with the feds non-enforcement of federal AND state law.
