“You can kiss 4th Amendment protections against illegal search and seizure goodbye. Those protections no longer exist. Your home is no longer your castle, it is the government’s domain to do as they will. Jack-booted thugs, and we do mean thugs, can come on your land, come into your home with guns drawn, search your home at will and make a shambles of it, take what they want, write you up for alleged violations, terrorize you and then walk off without a by-your-leave ..... all without the benefit of a warrant, signed by a judge for probable cause of a crime having been committed.”

I am not an attorney but here is my position. If somebody, and I do not care who he is, invades your home with or even without brandishing a weapon, he is a violent home invader and the homeowner is within his rights to treat him as such.

Check your state laws, including those of California, on how a homeowner is allowed to respond to a “hot” burglary of an occupied residence—which is what any home invasion is except in the case of (1) law enforcement officers with a search warrant, (2) law enforcement officers with probable cause that a crime is in progress or that somebody needs help, or (3) emergency personnel like firefighters breaking in to put out a fire and/or rescue people and animals from the building. My understanding of the latter is that you are assumed to have “invited” the firefighters into your home under those circumstances. There are no other exceptions under our country’s laws.

If these NAT people have a warrant, you have to let them in. If they don’t have one, you don’t even have to open the door to them. If they break the door in at that point, they are common violent felons acting under color of law which might even be a Federal crime on top of whatever else they do. End of story.

Liberals don’t like the widespread disregard of their draconian and oppressive laws.

They are willing to uses the jackboot to force compliance. This is what you have elected, and i suspect its only a matter of time before someone gets killed defending their homes from the assault of theses big government thugs.

Don’t get me wrong, liberals want you very much alive, a dead government slave is not a very productive slave able to support their spending habits so they will continue to try to disarm you for both your and their safety.

I guess the Arizona authorities don’t have to enforce those federal laws any more.

How is this different from every other law on the books? Law is force! Every law written has the ultimate consequence of killing someone in order to make it stand.
