Not sure if this is such a big deal if the police still want to enforce the law. For example, you pull over a driver who was speeding. The guy cannot produce a drivers license, doesn’t speak English, and has no insurance. You have a reasonable suspicion that he’s an illegal alien. You contact ICE. Where’s the holdup?
Since the Feds are not doing anything to combat Illegal Aliens and Illegal Alienism.....merely turning them over to CBF is not going to help.
In fact, any Illegal Alien picked up in Arizona is now going to claim that police “asked for my immigration papers”...whether LEOs did so or not. This ruling is carte blanche for all Illegal Aliens, and their Hispanic Ku Klux Klan group supporters....to break all kinds of laws in AZ
