Build the mosque ONLY if a fully functional and freely accessible Jewish temple is built 100 feet from Mecca.

It is such a lousy argument that somehow this is restricting their freedom of religion for US the public, to publicly oppose this and try to find ways to stop it. How dare we!

It is not restricting the freedom to worship to suggest that Ground Zero is not an appropriate place to build a mosque and Muslim cultural center called “Cordoba House” (way to name it too! Thanks for leaving no doubt as to your intentions.)

Would it be intemperate to suggest that Pearl Harbor wouldn't be the ideal place for a Shinto Shrine and Japanese cultural center?

Rude to suggest that a better location could be found than Mountain Meadows as a Mormon Temple and cultural center?

How about a Russian cultural center at Katyn?
