WASHINGTON -- President Obama says he can relate to the plight of Americans striving in the struggling economy to pay bills while saving for their kids' education.
He says he and first lady Michelle Obama took a hit like everybody else when the economy nearly collapsed, telling ABC that a college fund for daughters Malia and Sasha has gone "up and down" with the stock market.

US President Barack Obama and his family are to take a holiday early August in the posh southern Spanish resort city of Marbella, Spanish newspaper El Pais and El Mundo reported Sunday on their websites.
The president would stay at Marbella, a prime holiday destination favoured by the rich and famous, from August 4 to 8, according to El Mundo.

Barack Obama, the United States President is expected to spend four days in Marbella, Spain, during his family holiday in August.
Mr Obama will psend part of their Summer holiday in the luxury Villapadiema Hotel between the 4th and 8th of August with his wife, Michelle, and their two daughters Malia and Sasha. It will be Mr Obama’s first ever visit to Spain as President of the United States of America.
Before he returns to the United States, Mr Obama will visit the Marivent Palace on Mallorca to meet with King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia. He is also expected to meet with the Spanish Prime Minister, José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, during his visit to Spain.
Whilst the news has not yet been confirmed by the SPanish Government, sources told El Mundo that if it were to happen it would be a ‘clear demonstration of the excellent relations currently between Spain and the United States’.
Marbellous.
The newspaper said that originally only his wife and daughters were supposed to come.

White House denies Obama to holiday in Spain

WASHINGTON (AFP) – The White House denied reports from Spanish media that US President Barack Obama and his family would take a holiday early August in the posh southern Spanish resort city of Marbella.
A White House official told AFP the report by Spanish newspaper El Pais and El Mundo was incorrect.
According to the Obamas’ official schedule, the First Family has August getaway plans for the disaster hit US-Gulf Coast as well as the northeastern vacation spot off Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard.

Btw for those who missed it Glenn Beck was the one who blew the lid off this govt corruption and exposed how:
1) one of the 1st act of the Obama govt was to LOAN the Brazilian govt $2 Billion to help them develop their oil company Petronas andhep them do more oil explorations
2) George own a 1/3 stake in that company for the amount of $900 million
3) By unilaterally banning all USA offshore drilling, hundreds of oil rigs suddenly becomes idled and since they need to be constantly working and can cost up to $1 million per DAY to operate, the owners has got to find an oil company to give them work to do. Now Viola the Brazilan oil company (of which Soros has a 1/3 stake in) calls them to pull up roots and sail down to Brazil where (hold on to your hats) they want to do DEEP SEA OIL DRILLING!!
So its bad for the USA to be developing its own oil resources esp with the enviro-wackos on the left who are conditioned to HATE OIL COMPANIES (oil= evil), but 0Bummer loans a foreign country $2 billion to develop theirs PLUS he GUTS our efforts to do the same that the foreign country is doing, but he profits from it courtesy of his Godfather & sugar daddy George Soros!!
