The cops should do more videos of the crowds at the AR fires. I bet many perps hang around to watch.
Also building owners should put up more cameras to catch the perps starting fires.

I bet many perps hang around to watch.Yes they do, especially the true arsonist. Fire personnel should be and many times are trained to watch for them.
