“Do you see that happening, and is there any legal provision for that?”

Apart from the guiding principle that I read in the Declaration of Independence, no regime has ever provided a legal provision for its own overthrow. I know that it is unlawful to advocate the overthrow of the U.S. government, but what should we do when the government itself goes against founding principles and ignores or overthrows the Constitution, a document that our leaders themselves are sworn to uphold? What should we call a restoration of our Constitutional form of government?

Would the military stage a coup here against a tyrannical government? I don’t know, but that has happened in other countries. Those soldiers should have been raised by mothers that infused them with the spirit of liberty.

Its called an election...We get the opportunity to “change” things every two years...

Those that do not pay attention long enough to cast an interlligent vote are the one’s easily swayed by the attractiveness of liberalism, social and economic justice...Those that want to create more dependency on government are those in the majority right now...We need to flush that entire body in the next election, and bring fresh faces onto the scene...Texas will certainly show up and participate in this process, and a few other states asa well...

But at the end of the day, the next morning, I don’t want to hear a bunch of whining and crying because some areas in this country that should have shown up and participated, didn’t...

As Sam Adams said basically, I don’t want your counsel or your arms...Leave the rest of us in peace, and accept the bondage you voted for...

I also tell people you’ll be wasting your time getting mad at me for telling some they are intellectually lazy, or complicite in the downturn this country is in right now...Prove me wrong here in a few months...

I don’t think some are up to the challenge yet...And that is fine...Don’t expect any pity from me if the usual suspects are sworn back in up in D.C., if those folks in those districts cannot get it done...

I say it again...Prove me wrong...

I will certainly NOT be holding my breath in anticipation of anything extrordinary in the next election...
