I had dealings with government agencies back in the 70’s and 80’ including USDA. They were favoring minorities back then, most had mandated quotas and time tables “to make their workforce look like the population.” or more so.

What is she talking about? She is spouting not what she has seen or experienced but a fabricated scenario fashioned by her agenda.

Ever try to hire a black aerospace engineer? There are some - but not the qty you need for a federal agency. They had 50 years of white males to try to displace/correct with racial quotas.
