I am of course using THIS administrations’ definition of “rich”, which keeps getting revised down every day.

Our "poor" are rediculously "rich" by most of the world's standards. So you're probably not too far off.

Depends. If you’re poor, no job and living on the street, you’re poor. It’s a very tough life, regardless of whether you’re in the USA or Cambodia.
