A military ID card that denotes active, guard, reserve or retired status is accepted. My wife shows her dependent ID and gets the 10% as well.

They should have a notice posted near the register or customer service counter. Or you could just ask one of the CS reps and they can clue you in on any other status such as non-retired veteran.

Thanks for the info. After 4 years at the Zoo and 6 years active duty I resigned my commision, so I don't fall into any of those categories. I was hoping a DD214 was enough.

It might be worth checking into though... appreciate your feedback.
