The Leading indicators have slipped two of the past three months. Net movemovet over the prior quaters just slightly positive. The Coincident indicators flattened out. Prospect is for slow if any growth in the economy during the next several months.

If the second drop does happen I hope it happens before November. If it happens before the election the Dems will take the blame. If it happens after the election, even if it is before the new Congress is sworn in, it will be blamed on the conservatives. And the MSM and Obama will have a field day.
